We are not a roofing contractor. We do not perform roofing work, enter into roofing contracts, or guarantee the quality or licensing of any contractor on our platform. All work agreements are entered into directly between homeowners and the contractors they choose to work with.

When a homeowner submits a roofing estimate request through our platform, we collect the information entered in the request form, which may include:

When a roofing contractor submits an application through our platform, we collect information entered in the contractor application form, including:

• Desired service area and ZIP codes
• Services offered and operational details
• Monthly lead goals and plan preference
• Notes provided by the applicant

2c. Information Collected Through Contacts

When you contact us via email, phone, or our contact form, we retain the content of that communication and your contact details to respond to your inquiry.

2d. Automatically Collected Information

We do not use homeowner contact information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell homeowner information to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies unrelated to the roofing request being submitted.

4. How Homeowner Requests Are Shared

When a homeowner submits a roofing estimate request, the full project details and contact information provided in that request are shared with roofing contractors who have been approved for the matching service territory on our platform. This is the core function of our service and is the primary reason homeowner information is collected.

Specifically, homeowner request data — including name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, project description, and project details — is delivered to the contractor(s) matched to the homeowner's service area and project type. Contractors use this information to contact the homeowner directly, discuss the project, and provide estimates.

Homeowner information is shared only with contractors who have been approved on our platform for the applicable service territory. It is not shared with contractors outside your matched territory, and it is not sold to unrelated advertisers, spam networks, or general marketing companies.

Contractors who receive homeowner data through our platform are subject to our Contractor Lead Policy, which governs how they may use that information. We cannot, however, control the actions of independent contractors once information has been shared, and we are not responsible for how contractors independently handle your information once they receive it.

We may also share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers: We may share information with trusted vendors who assist in operating our platform (e.g., email delivery services, hosting providers, analytics tools). These vendors are limited to using information only as needed to provide services to us.
• For legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of RoofLeads Pro, our users, or the public.
• In a business transfer: If RoofLeads Pro is acquired, merged, or transfers its assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continued privacy protections.

5. Contractor Applications

Information submitted through the contractor application form is used solely to evaluate the application, set up approved contractor accounts, and manage the ongoing contractor relationship on our platform. Contractor contact information and business details are not sold to third parties.

Contractor account data, including subscription status, territory configuration, and lead history, is retained for the duration of the contractor's active account and for a reasonable period thereafter for business record purposes. See Section 8 for data retention details.

By checking this box and submitting a request, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your contact information and project details may be shared with roofing contractors matched to your service area.
• You may be contacted by those contractors by phone call, text message (SMS), or email regarding your roofing project.
• You may receive multiple contacts from different matched contractors.
• You are not required to hire any contractor you are connected with.
• Providing consent is not a condition of receiving any service or making any purchase.

If you wish to opt out of further communications from RoofLeads Pro after submitting a request, you may contact us at privacy@roofleadspro.com or by phone at (000) 000-0000. Note that we cannot recall communications already delivered to contractors prior to your opt-out request.

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS communications. Reply STOP to any text message from RoofLeads Pro to opt out of future SMS from us. This does not affect communications initiated directly by matched contractors.

8. Data Retention
